ABOUT ALYSIA
Alysia Grimes is an author, speaker, Bible teacher, and founder of Oasis Ministries in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. For more than 30 years, she has found great joy in helping women know God's Word, grow in their love for Jesus, and discover the purpose and beauty of following Him.
Alysia loves helping women see the big picture of Scripture, understand God's heart for the world, and discover how His Word speaks into their everyday lives. One of her greatest joys is watching women grow in their faith and then turn around and invest in the lives of others.
Through Oasis Ministries, Alysia brings women together across churches and generations for Biblical teaching, intentional discipleship, leadership development, and authentic community. Her heart is to strengthen the local church by encouraging and equipping women for a lifetime of discipleship and kingdom impact.
She and her husband, JT, have three grown children, a wonderful daughter-in-law and son-in-law, and they are especially delighted by the newest addition to their family—a grandson! Alysia's favorite way to spend time is with family, but she also loves being outdoors, getting lost in a good book, and hearing the stories that make each person's life unique.

Our vision is to see women across generations, churches, and seasons of life deeply rooted in God's Word, growing in their love for Jesus, and equipped to live out their faith with confidence, purpose, and joy.
We long to see women transformed by the truth of Scripture, strengthened through authentic relationships, and encouraged to take their next steps in following Jesus—whether they are just beginning their faith journey or have walked with Him for decades.
Through biblical teaching, intentional discipleship, leadership development, and meaningful community, we desire to cultivate women who not only grow in their own faith but also invest in the spiritual growth of others.
We believe that as women grow in their understanding of God's Word and their love for Jesus, their influence extends into their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.
Ultimately, our vision is to see women engaged and equipped for a lifetime of discipleship and kingdom impact—strengthening the local church and advancing the gospel from one generation to the next.
